Dependant Pass and Re-entry Pass

A dependant pass is issued to a person who is dependant on a Kenyan citizen, permit holder, permanent resident or exempted persons from obligations of work permit.

A re-entry pass is issued to the holder of a dependant pass who is lawfully in Kenya, who intends to temporarily leave Kenya or who having left Kenya failed to apply for a re-entry pass before his or her departure.
